Here’s what we’re testing: teach people to post, go live, and interview each other, then give them a real space to do it. From Oct 5–9, that’s exactly what happens. On Oct 21, we find out if it adds up to 500 people at the Billion Dollar Impact Party for It’s All About the Kids®. One voice is quiet. Five hundred voices are impossible to ignore.

That’s the experiment, and you’re part of running it, practicing whatever skill you came here to build along the way.

Get comfortable. Messy is welcome.
Fun dares, five to ten minutes a day, that warm up your voice. We open with a live kickoff on Monday and close with a celebration on Friday, both at 12pm PT. You’ll also get your personal invite link.

Share your voice, together.
Go live on LinkedIn and YouTube, get on podcasts, and invite your people to the party with your link. We do it together with the other Partners, so nobody does it alone.

One voice is a whisper. Together, we’re a megaphone.
During Partners Event week, every Partner points their voice at the same thing. Same message, same days, one shared goal: 500 people at the Oct 21 party.

- You tag your people. Every post calls out the next person, so it spreads Partner to Partner.

Meet Angela · Why it matters
It’s all about the kids.
For 22 years, Angela Brannon-Baptiste has helped local families with children find food, help and hope. This April she launched Food Help Now SD, a free, multilingual, countywide directory that connects families with emergency food, CalFresh help, nutrition education and community resources.
It’s All About the Kids® also builds stability, with resources for getting a GED, job training and growing food at home. Now her Healthy Families Initiative is going into schools and community events, helping families see what’s in their food and challenging kids to create healthy snack guides.
This is the second Billion Dollar Impact Party for her cause, and a portion of every purchase on October 21 goes to the Healthy Families Initiative.

He runs SD Networking Events, thirty-six gatherings a year since 2021, after eighteen years in digital marketing before that. He co-hosted the August Party for this same cause, and he is bringing the lineup again.

Proof it works
This didn’t start with us, and it’s already worked.
The idea was sparked at Sir Richard Branson’s Disrupting for Good gathering on Necker Island. One Billion Dollar Impact Party was a partnership with Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS, to launch his social impact initiative We Are Enough. That one event generated over $114,000, with a portion going to the cause.

Questions
Do I have to join October 5–9 to come to the party on October 21?
No. They’re connected, but you can join either on its own. The October 5–9 week is where the practice and the relationships happen.
Do I need a business, cause or community?
No. Some Partners have all of it, some have none of it yet. Community and company leaders, founders, speakers, creators, students, volunteers, donors and sponsors are all welcome.
What exactly am I signing up to do?
Join the five-day Partners Event, then invite your people to the October 21 party with your own link. We give you the words, and you do it alongside other Partners.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Joining as a Partner is free, and the party is free to attend.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You’re inviting people to a free party for a cause.
What happens at the party?
People gather on Zoom around one goal. Offers from real businesses drop live during the two hours, and a portion of every purchase supports It’s All About the Kids®.
What if I’ve never done this before?
